Jo-Wilfried Tsonga

Jo-Wilfried  Tsonga odds will be considerably shorter for the French Open tennis championship than a lot of people would have had imagined. After putting out Rafael Nadal in the semi final of the Australian Open in 2008, Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga signallled his arrival on the world tennis stage. Although he lost in a four set final to Novak Djokovic, he played well enough to show that he is going to be a consistent force to be reckoned with on the International tennis scene. This could be illiustrated this year when he will arguably be the main French Open Free bet hope. The French in fact have a number of players who pose a threat this year, particularly Gilles Simon but also Monfils and Gasquet.

Only his third year at this tournament the world ranked Tsonga will be a big French Open 2010 tip to get to the latter stages of the Championship as he proved when he went deep into the Australian Open earlier this season. He has missed the last three through either injury or failure to qualify but he will not let that deter to him. Many people feel he is the next big name tennis player and he should be backed to reach at least the quarter final in the French Open betting.
